Most patients experience mild discomfort. Local numbing is commonly used to ensure comfort during the procedure. Depending how aggressive we do the treatment we may provide dental blocks, inject numbing agent, administer pain or anxiety medications or use Nitrous oxide. Comfort is our goal!

Downtime is dependent on the zone and how aggressive the treatment can be performed. It can vary from one week to three weeks depending on goals or you and our La Chele medical provider.
