Morpheus8 is a next-generation fractional radiofrequency microneedling treatment designed to improve skin texture, firmness, and overall skin quality. By delivering controlled radiofrequency energy through a matrix of ultra-fine microneedles, Morpheus8 stimulates collagen and elastin production within the deeper layers of the dermis and subdermal tissue.

This advanced technology penetrates deeper than traditional microneedling devices—reaching depths of up to 4mm—allowing for effective skin tightening, remodeling, and contouring. Morpheus8 transforms aging or damaged skin into a smoother, firmer, and more refined appearance and is safe and effective for all skin tones.

Morpheus8 can be used on the face and body to address a wide range of concerns, including wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, surgical scars, skin laxity, and uneven texture. It is a minimally invasive procedure with little downtime, making it an ideal option for patients seeking significant results without surgery.

Visible improvements may be seen within days, with the most noticeable results typically appearing after three to four weeks. Collagen remodeling continues for up to four months following treatment. Sessions last approximately one hour, and most treatment plans include one to three sessions depending on individual goals.

At La Chelé, Embrace is our signature, comprehensive facial rejuvenation program that combines one FaceTite® treatment with a customized series of three Morpheus8® treatments to deliver advanced skin tightening, contouring, and collagen remodeling.

These technologies are intentionally paired and clinically studied together to create three-dimensional skin tightening—from the linear tightening and fat remodeling achieved with FaceTite® to the perpendicular collagen stimulation and texture refinement delivered by Morpheus8® radiofrequency microneedling.

On treatment day one, numbing medication is injected, and the lower face and neck are treated by Dr. Espinoza using FaceTite® or AccuTite® to tighten and refine the jawline and neck. Immediately following this portion of the procedure, one of La Chelé’s highly experienced laser technicians performs a full-face Morpheus8® treatment to further stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture. All Morpheus8® treatments at La Chelé include the neck to ensure balanced, global rejuvenation.

Patients return one month later for a second Morpheus8® treatment to the full face and neck, followed by a third Morpheus8® session to complete the treatment series and optimize long-term results.

As swelling and tissue firmness resolve over the first 2–4 weeks, visible improvements begin to emerge, with the most noticeable results appearing around month 3, continuing to improve for up to 12 months as collagen remodeling progresses.
